MentaFlow is a personal development platform that provides cognitive training, mindfulness practices, audio experiences, and reflective journaling tools. The Service includes both free and premium subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payments

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, presets, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the Service to you. Your journal entries are private and encrypted.

- Interfere with the Service's operation
- Use the Service for any harmful or fraudulent purpose
- Reverse engineer or copy the Service

MentaFlow is designed for general wellness and personal development. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns about your mental health, please consult a qualified healthcare provider. Some features like binaural beats may not be suitable for individuals with epilepsy or certain conditions.

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by MentaFlow LLCand is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MentaFlow LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
